Eligibility Requirements

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of Canada
• Have a valid Canadian bank account for Interac e-Transfer
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not be prohibited from using cryptocurrency services under applicable law

Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

As a regulated Money Services Business (MSB License: 19665), we are required to implement KYC procedures:

• Transactions under $1,000 CAD may not require KYC verification
• Transactions exceeding $1,000 CAD require identity verification
• We may request additional documentation at our discretion
• All provided information must be accurate and truthful

Transaction Limits

Current transaction limits are as follows:

• Minimum transaction: $50 CAD
• Maximum without KYC: $1,000 CAD per transaction
• Maximum with KYC: $10,000 CAD per day
• Daily and monthly limits may apply based on verification status

Fees and Pricing

Our fee structure includes:

• Transaction fees are displayed before confirmation
• Network fees may apply for cryptocurrency transfers
• Interac e-Transfer fees are covered by us
• No hidden fees or charges
